A Journey Back to Self

As a child, I struggled to feel safe in my body or understood in the world due to my early life experiences. I was deeply sensitive, shy, and often told I was “too much” or “not enough.” When I lost my father at age 11, his death only deepened that pain—amplifying a disconnection from myself and my place in the world. I felt trapped in my own mind, with a body that felt like alien territory. I outsourced my intuition with a deep inability to trust and lead myself in life.

And for years, I tried to fix myself.

I moved through talk therapy, EMDR, Reiki, breathwork, plant medicine, self help books, and every modality I could find. Each gave me insight. Some gave relief. But underneath it all, I was still operating from the belief that I needed to repair myself in order to be worthy.

Clairvoyance, the ability to access my inner vision, was the first true breakthrough.

For the first time, I had tools to access my subconscious. I could see how trauma, ancestral imprints, soul memories, beliefs, and old stories were shaping my thoughts and behavior. I learned how to work with my consciousness instead of being controlled by it. My anxiety went away. I felt powerful. I felt capable. I felt like there was nothing I could not overcome. It completely shifted how I moved through challenges in my life. It honestly felt like a superpower no one could take away from me.

Clairvoyance altered my neural pathways. It shifted my perception and gave me a roadmap into my inner world. It eventually led me to my soul path of teaching and offering this work to others. It even began guiding me back into my body, something that had always felt difficult for me, especially with ADHD.

But eventually I hit another edge.

I realized my body did not have the capacity to hold my mind.

I could access trauma. I could shift beliefs. I could expand my consciousness. But my nervous system could not sustain expansion. There were deeper imprints living in my physiology that insight alone could not reorganize.

And underneath all of my healing was something I had not fully faced.

Internalized shame.

I would consider myself intelligent. painfully self-aware. High performing. Yet my body had learned that taking action was the only way I could stay safe. I had a nervous system built for survival because that’s all I knew due to the trauma I went through. I had unconsciously wired myself to believe that I needed to do something in order to feel better. That existing as I was could not possibly be enough.

Healing became another way to prove myself worthy.

This is where I began to see the gap in the healing industry.

In many of these environments, the focus is on growth and forward movement. The underlying message can become that healing means becoming a more evolved version of yourself.

The intention is genuine and supportive. But what many of us were never taught is how to understand our own physiology or build safety within our nervous systems. We were not shown that our bodies are intelligent, adaptive, and deeply unique.

There is no one size fits all nervous system.

Through somatic training and deep study of trauma physiology, I began to understand just how sensitive and intelligent my own system was. I learned that healing was not about digging deeper into what was wrong. It was about increasing my capacity. About reorganizing my nervous system so it could safely hold emotion, visibility, expansion, power, and purpose.

I was not broken. I was overloaded.

And no one had taught me how to build capacity. This realization changed everything for me.

My methodology, Holosoma, was born from that understanding.

Holosoma stands for whole body. It is a fluid methodology designed for high-performing, complex, intuitive, trauma-adapted, and neurodivergent nervous systems that need more than one dimensional healing. It weaves together energy anatomy, subconscious access, trauma physiology, and somatic integration because our consciousness does not live in one layer. It lives across all of them simultaneously.

Holosoma is not about fixing you. It is about guiding you back into your body so you can access your own consciousness, integrate your past, and expand your nervous system capacity to hold your growth.

Many people today have been healing for years with little to no lasting progress. Not for a lack of trying but because their systems have never been taught how to safely reorganize and integrate.

You cannot expand if your body does not feel safe.

You cannot lead if your nervous system collapses under visibility.

You cannot fully embody your gifts if shame is still driving your physiology.

And you cannot actually heal until you learn how to build physiological safety within your nervous system.

My work is about building the capacity to feel without shutting down. To be seen without collapsing. To expand without dysregulating. To trust your intuition without outsourcing it.

It is about moving beyond being defined by your trauma or past and into embodied power.

Holosoma exists to help complex nervous systems step into their embodied strength so they can live their purpose from a regulated, sovereign body.
